8月13日（土曜）午後１８時前後からポケモンGO障害発生している模様。
現象は下記の様な感じです。
キャリア回線障害、疑ったのですが、そうでもない。
サーバー、ネットワーク障害かと思っていますが、ネット上でいろいろ調べてそういった情報全くない。。。。よくわからない。
